Benefit Customer Service Representative
R&R Insurance has a full-time, long-term, temporary position available in our Benefits Department.
REQUIREMENTS: 2-3 years of recent health and life insurance experience, solid computer skills which include proficiency in Excel, a strong aptitude for customer service and sound organizational skills. A high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and being part of a team, yet still maintain the ability to work independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Sales Executives by coordinating quote requests, prepare spreadsheet for comparison, scrubbing applications, document management, coordinating agent of record letters, and may assist in group billing inquiries. This position also includes answering telephone calls, and responding to e-mails and letters regarding claims resolution and customer questions and concerns.
