REQUIREMENTS: Are you self-driven, ambitious, and a leader among your sales peers? Do you prefer the world of commissions and unlimited earning potential? Do you love to solve problems while using your insurance expertise? Then, this is the career for you!
To qualify, you must have at least 5 years of proven record sales insurance experience selling at least two of the three lines of insurance: Personal Lines/Small Business Commercial/Life insurance. A bachelor’s degree; proficiency with Windows based programs, database functionality, and internet navigation is preferred. As a sales executive, you must subscribe to R&R’s learning culture and knowledge broker commitment, as well as to R&R’s core values of inspirational leadership, honesty and respect, and providing value to our customers. Being an efficient multi-tasker and active member of your local community has proven to be key to this career track. A Property & Casualty/Life & Health license is required and you will need the means to conduct occasional local travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Join one of the largest independently owned agencies in the Midwest and become a Sales Executive for R&R Insurance! Your major focus will be to generate your own leads and sell Personal Lines insurance, Small/Middle Market Commercial insurance, and Life insurance to the general public. Using several major insurance carriers that specialize in these market segments, R&R will provide your clients with coverage choices at affordable prices. To provide you support, you will have in-house service team to assist with your renewals and change requests.
REWARDS: R & R provides a generous compensation package. Uncommon to most other start-up insurance sales opportunities, for the first three years you will be on a salary plus commission arrangement. Even better, your initial salary/commission will be aligned with your prior total compensation to provide you a handsome income transition!
