Creative Marketing Specialist Intern
RESPONSIBILITIES: With the direction and guidance of the Creative Marketing Director, this person is responsible for the creation and delivery of marketing communication activities in support of aggressive business growth objectives and brand management for the entire insurance agency! Candidates will get exposure to traditional and new media methods for the entire media mix including advertising, web presence (content management and HTML exposure), e-communications, direct mail, PR, database management, collateral materials, trade shows and special events. Responsibilities also include market research, database management, copy writing, sales campaign fulfillment and measurement. Some design/layout functionality possible.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be seeking a Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field. Creativity, attention to detail, exceptional copy writing skills, high technical aptitude for complex software programs and outstanding organization skills are essential attributes for this position. Ideal candidate will have some experience with internet marketing/branding, e-communications and some knowledge of content management software. Knowledge of Adobe Design Suite software programs a plus. While this opportunity is unpaid, you will gain experience. Flexible work schedule and professional work environment are a part of this great opportunity. Prefer a minimum of 15 hours per week, as negotiated upon hire.
