REQUIREMENTS: Do you have the “triple A rating” we look for in our Sales Executives; Ambition, Assertiveness, and Aggressiveness? Do you prefer the world of commissions with unlimited earning potential? Do you have above average communication skills? Then this is the career for you!
To qualify you must have a minimum of 5 years of proven commercial middle market insurance sales experience; a bachelor’s degree in a related field; proficiency with Windows based programs, database functionality and internet navigation. Having the ability to multi-task and be a problem solver will only add to your success! A Property & Casualty license is required, as well as local business travel; therefore the selected candidate must have personal transportation.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Your major focus will be to generate leads, sell, and service commercial insurance to Wisconsin middle market companies. Using several major insurance carriers, R&R will provide your clients with coverage choices at affordable prices. We have a customer service team which will provide you support with new business sales, renewals, and change requests.
REWARDS: R&R provides a generous compensation package uncommon to most other start-up insurance sales opportunities. For the first three years, you will be on a salary plus commission arrangement.
